According to the report, <strong>half of all high school seniors nationwide are now reading at \u201cbelow basic\u201d levels<\/strong>, signaling an urgent need for action in literacy education.<\/p><p>At the UHD Bilingual E-Library, we believe that literacy is the foundation of opportunity. This decline underscores the importance of accessible, bilingual resources for families\u2014tools that help parents and children grow together through reading. Our mission goes beyond books; we aim to <strong>empower families to read, learn, and dream in two languages<\/strong>, strengthening both academic success and cultural identity.<\/p><p>Through free bilingual storybooks, digital access, and literacy workshops, the UHD Bilingual E-Library is working to close the literacy gap and ensure that every child\u2014regardless of background\u2014has the opportunity to thrive. Together, we can turn these numbers around and inspire a new generation of readers.<\/p><p>\u27a1\ufe0f Join our mission.
